Production Supervisor – Talent Bank (VSA – PE)

About the role

As a Production Supervisor you will lead plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and sustainability targets are met. You will drive the implementation of manufacturing strategies and foster a high‑performing, self‑sufficient team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage change and transformation initiatives, including Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) and Factory of Future (FoF) line‑centric organization.
• Coach line leaders, cascade operational plans and KPIs, and ensure alignment across the workforce.
• Establish strong governance to review performance, embed a zero‑loss mindset and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee compliance with corporate quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, environment and sustainability standards.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention and development to build a sustainable workforce.
• Partner with cross‑functional peers to achieve site objectives and KPI targets.

Required profile

• Proven operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching and team‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive data‑based decisions.
