About the role
Our client, a partner of leading AI research organisations, is seeking a React Developer to help improve large language models by generating high-quality, human-crafted data. The position is fully remote, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI safety and intelligence projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and solve advanced programming tasks that enhance AI learning processes.
- Evaluate, compare, and rate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency and best-practice compliance.
- Analyse AI system outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback for model improvement.
- Create well-structured technical questions and detailed solutions to train AI models effectively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum one year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer or Full-Stack Developer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++.
- Experience with React development.
