About the role
Spotify’s Ad Sales Training & Enablement team is looking for a Sales Trainer to support its LATAM sales organization, primarily in Mexico and Brazil. You will design and deliver learning experiences that keep sellers confident, informed, and focused on customers.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders to define and execute training strategies for LATAM teams.
- Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, both virtually and in‑person.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Marketing to introduce new ad products and positioning.
- Design and facilitate interactive workshops on core sales and account‑management skills.
- Assess learning needs and create practical training materials.
- Provide coaching to boost confidence and impact.
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and social platforms.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging, inclusive sessions tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Experience building end‑to‑end training programs from assessment to delivery.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with working proficiency in Portuguese.
