Senior Global Tech Recruiter

About the role

EBANX is expanding its People team and seeks a Senior Global Tech Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for engineering, product, data and other technology functions across multiple markets. You will partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies that support rapid, worldwide growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring for strategic tech roles across several geographies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, directors, VPs and executive stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align talent acquisition with organizational priorities.
• Build high‑caliber pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and consultative attraction strategies.
• Drive calibrated hiring processes with strong quality standards, business alignment and operational excellence.
• Provide talent market intelligence, compensation insights and external perspectives to inform hiring decisions.
• Influence hiring outcomes using data‑driven recommendations and structured assessments.
• Elevate candidate experience while balancing speed, quality and scalability.
• Continuously improve recruiting practices, sourcing strategies and talent acquisition processes in a fast‑paced global environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience hiring for engineering, product, data and other strategic tech roles in fast‑growth or global settings.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms, talent communities and outbound recruiting strategies.
• Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders across tech organizations.
• Experience navigating complex, highly competitive talent markets while maintaining high quality and speed standards.
• Demonstrated skill in assessing talent and making data‑informed hiring recommendations.
