Senior University Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is looking for a strategic Senior Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring of future Amazon leaders from university pipelines. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, drive recruiting innovation, and shape long‑term talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruiting strategies for high‑priority student roles across Amazon business lines.
• Identify emerging talent pools, build scalable pipelines, and serve as a subject‑matter expert on university recruiting trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior business leaders, hiring managers, HR, finance, and program teams.
• Represent AUTA in senior forums, provide data‑backed recommendations, and advocate best‑in‑class practices.
• Lead creation and implementation of new recruiting processes, SOPs, and scalable frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement of candidate experience, interview processes, and operational workflows.
• Partner with AUTA program teams to align execution with centralized goals and timelines.
• Build reporting mechanisms to monitor campus recruiting performance and enable proactive adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
• Strong track record of cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in recruiting or HR, including use of applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
