Senior Mobile Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join the App Core team of Nubank’s Mobile Platform. You will work with native Android/iOS and Flutter technologies to build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers our customer‑facing mobile app.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain core mobile components and SDKs used across the app.
• Optimize performance, scalability and reliability of the mobile stack.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable rapid feature delivery.
• Implement dependency injection, observability and monitoring solutions.
• Migrate legacy systems and ensure smooth integration with backend services.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in mobile software development.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Flutter development.

• Performance optimization and profiling.
