Senior Mobile Software Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join the App Core team of Nubank’s Mobile Platform. You will work with native Android/iOS and Flutter technologies to build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers our customer‑facing mobile app.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain core mobile components and SDKs used across the app.
- Optimize performance, scalability and reliability of the mobile stack.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable rapid feature delivery.
- Implement dependency injection, observability and monitoring solutions.
- Migrate legacy systems and ensure smooth integration with backend services.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in mobile software development.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to explain complex concepts.
- Track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Required skills
- Flutter development.
- Native Android and iOS development.
- Performance optimization and profiling.
- Dependency injection frameworks.
- Mobile observability, monitoring and debugging tools.
- Experience with backend integration and distributed systems.
- Contribution to internal SDKs or mobile design systems.
- User authentication, session management and app state handling.
