Social Media & Graphic Designer – Remote (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a fast‑moving Social Media & Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets for podcast production, social media channels, and marketing collateral. The position supports a construction‑industry client and operates fully remotely, emphasizing speed, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Produce podcast visuals using preset templates, including thumbnails, short clips, and other assets.
• Design eye‑catching social media thumbnails and graphics for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create marketing materials and graphic assets as needed while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support ongoing social media engagement, dedicating at least five hours per week to interaction and community management.
• Follow structured processes and deliver a high volume of output on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong experience in graphic design and social‑media content creation.
• Ability to work precisely with templates and established systems.
• Fast execution with a focus on consistent, high‑quality output.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Male candidate required; US or Canadian university education preferred.
• Experience in the construction or contracting sector is a plus.
