About the role

At Intelex you’ll join an agile engineering team in São Paulo, building software that helps organisations create safer, healthier and more sustainable workplaces. The role focuses on modern web and cloud technologies and contributes to the company’s CI/CD and DevOps culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance features for existing and new software products.
• Collaborate within a Scrum/Kanban team to plan, estimate and deliver sprint commitments.
• Identify risks, remove blockers and work closely with product, architecture and QA partners.
• Write high‑quality, secure and performant code using full‑stack technologies.
• Help evolve development practices, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience building web applications.
• Hands‑on full‑stack development with React and TypeScript on the front‑end.
• Experience with Node.js on the back‑end and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and object‑oriented programming.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging and communication skills.
