Talent Acquisition Lead - Ops

About the role

We are seeking a resilient and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to head our operations recruitment function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide a team of recruiters and collaborate with business units to fill high‑volume logistics and transportation roles across Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and engage a distributed team of 3‑5 recruiters across different regions, ensuring cultural alignment and high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor performance, service‑level agreements and quality of internal recruiters and external agencies handling high‑volume positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, plan hiring waves and drive consultative hiring strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and implement continuous improvements to reduce time‑to‑hire and enhance candidate experience.
• Track and report key recruitment KPIs, providing data‑driven insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR or a related field.
• Solid experience in full‑cycle recruitment with a focus on high‑volume positions.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse recruitment metrics and deliver strategic insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with DE&I practices in recruitment.
• Availability for a hybrid work model (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote).
