Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead our tax function across Brazil, ensuring compliance with federal, state and municipal regulations while optimizing the tax burden for our e‑commerce operations. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support product development and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, resource and oversee execution of all tax activities for Brazilian entities.
• Ensure accurate calculation, filing and remittance of taxes and ancillary obligations.
• Identify tax risks, propose solutions and implement tax‑efficient strategies.
• Support product and compliance teams on tax treatment of new features and projects.
• Lead and develop the tax team, fostering a high‑performance environment.
• Make data‑driven decisions, measuring financial impacts of tax choices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax compliance, planning and risk mitigation within Brazil.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret tax legislation.
• Leadership skills to guide and grow a tax team.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with product, compliance and finance stakeholders.
