Tech Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical talent across a variety of projects for leading clients such as Google and innovative Silicon Valley startups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, ensuring openings are filled on time.
• Screen and filter candidates against defined criteria, maintaining a high‑quality talent pipeline.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to showcase qualifications effectively.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, internal hiring teams, and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
