About the role
The VIP Team Lead will head a high‑performing group of Account Managers focused on building strong relationships with VIP players in Brazil. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Retention, you will drive both player experience and commercial performance while collaborating with Marketing, CRM, Product, Responsible Gaming and Support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and set clear goals for a team of VIP Account Managers.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster professional and personal growth.
- Monitor commercial performance and KPIs, set targets and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure daily account‑management activities are executed efficiently and align with company standards.
- Optimize workflows, routines and processes to boost productivity.
- Track performance reports, player behavior trends and team insights for strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align VIP strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading KAM, VIP or Account Management teams in the iGaming or betting industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on results and performance.
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting and performance management.
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.
Required skills
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
