About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with management to drive employee engagement, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with legal standards. This role combines strategic analysis with hands‑on HR support to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist management in resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace.
- Set and uphold standards for ethics, values, and company culture.
- Onboard new hires, handling immigration documents, tax forms, and benefits enrollment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of onboarding employees and managing HR tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
