Executive Recruiter – Remote (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our international recruitment team supporting the U.S. market. This fully remote, full‑time position offers the chance to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for a variety of executive and corporate roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Conduct outreach, cold‑calling, screening and interviewing of candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple open requisitions.
• Partner with U.S. hiring managers to define hiring needs and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
• Achieve hiring targets while balancing quality and speed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for the U.S. market.
• Background in a staffing agency, RPO or staff‑augmentation environment.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Proven ability to manage several searches simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management skills.
