Founding Account Executive – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Founding Account Executive to drive commercial expansion across Latin America. The role requires strong familiarity with the Mexican and broader LATAM enterprise landscape, a consistent track record against quota, and the entrepreneurial drive to build a market from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting HR leaders and Talent Acquisition teams in mid‑market and enterprise accounts across Mexico and LATAM.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to maintain a healthy pipeline, ensure accurate CRM data, and improve conversion rates.
• Identify partnership and growth opportunities, contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full‑cycle ownership.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LATAM enterprise landscape, including procurement and buying dynamics.
• Consistent track record of achieving sales targets or quota.
• Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers, preferably in HRTech, AI, SaaS, or recruitment technology.
• Native‑level Spanish and strong business English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong pipeline management and data hygiene.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership.
