DualEntry is seeking highly ambitious recruiters to join its fast‑growing AI finance team. This remote, full‑ownership position demands intense dedication and a passion for sourcing top‑tier talent across Europe and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for critical roles in a high‑velocity environment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines in new geographies, opening fresh hiring markets.
• Fill multiple senior positions simultaneously while meeting aggressive timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Exceptional ambition and a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to work 9 am – 9 pm, six days a week.
• Proven track record of hiring top talent in fast‑growing companies.
• Ability to thrive in a results‑driven, high‑pressure setting.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 USD per year.
• Equity compensation between $20,000 and $60,000 USD.
