Mid-Level Bilingual Tech Recruiter – Affirmative Position for PwD

About the role

Zallpy is seeking a mid‑level bilingual tech recruiter to lead proactive talent acquisition for technology positions while championing an inclusive environment for people with disabilities. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a respectful, accessible, and collaborative hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive hunting strategies using social networks, databases, and professional platforms.
• Analyze and sort candidate profiles according to specific job requirements.
• Schedule and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Prepare and deliver interview reports to hiring managers.
• Send resumes to managers, coordinate interview logistics, and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain and update selection processes in the ATS.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer.
• Solid background recruiting for technology roles such as SAP, data, software development, software quality, product, and agile positions.
• Experience handling high‑volume and complex vacancies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and proactive attitude.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
