Mid-level Back-End Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Back-End Software Engineer to join a fast-growing digital platform team. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, building and maintaining high-performance back-end services using modern cloud and AI-enhanced development tools. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end services with C#.NET Framework.NET Core and Web API.
• Implement data storage solutions using SQL Server, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Build cloud-native components on Azure, including Functions, Service Bus, SignalR, Key Vault and Cognitive Search.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor for code generation, review and refactoring.
• Write clean, testable code following best engineering practices and conduct code reviews.
• Automate routine tasks with scripting and monitor system health.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical challenges and improve product quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in back-end development using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of relational (SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and container technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and continuously improving engineering practices.
