Solution Architect — Interoperability (IBE / Rhapsody)

About the role

Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of healthcare interoperability solutions across Latin America, partnering with customers to integrate clinical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of interoperability projects from architecture and design through implementation, go‑live, stabilization, and post‑production support.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, biomedical engineers, clinical stakeholders and third‑party vendors to translate clinical workflows into scalable integration solutions.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and optimise Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE), Rhapsody (or equivalent), HL7, DICOM, SQL‑based integrations and Windows Server environments.
• Own project execution including architecture documentation, UAT, cut‑over planning, hypercare, L2 support, technical governance and customer communication.
• Support presales activities by providing technical expertise during solution design, proof‑of‑concepts, feasibility assessments and customer presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to delivery best practices and help standardise reusable implementation assets and documentation.

Required profile

• 8+ years delivering healthcare interoperability or Health‑IT solutions with end‑to‑end implementation experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) or equivalent, Rhapsody, HL7, DICOM, SQL, Windows Server and cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
