Web Developer & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer & SEO Specialist based in Brazil to own the end‑to‑end development, technical optimisation and SEO strategy of our digital properties. You will work remotely in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with marketing teams to drive organic growth and improve conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Transform approved designs into fast, responsive, high‑quality websites and manage the full development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain pages, landing pages, blog templates and other assets within Webflow or WordPress CMS.
• Improve user experience, accessibility, page speed, security and overall site performance.
• Manage technical SEO elements such as site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, XML sitemaps, redirects and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance search visibility.
• Conduct high‑intent keyword research and develop strategies to increase qualified traffic.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimise content while adhering to SEO best practices.
• Support local SEO, citation management, link‑building and digital PR initiatives.
• Analyse performance data using GA4, Google Search Console, lead tracking and ranking tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Run conversion optimisation experiments to improve user journeys, forms and lead generation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in website development and SEO, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven ability to manage modern, conversion‑focused websites independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
