Account Executive - Sao Paulo (Portuguese Speaking)

About the role

Datadog is hiring an Account Executive (AE) for its Commercial Sales team in Sao Paulo. The AE helps grow the business by engaging and closing net-new customers in small to midsize markets, following a defined methodology, collaborating with internal stakeholders and conveying the value of the Datadog product. The role is hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).

Key responsibilities

• Acquire net-new logos through outbound activity.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical demonstrations and negotiation.
• Work with Sales Development Representatives to drive top-of-funnel activity.
• Prospect strategically into Chief Technology Officers, Engineering/IT leaders and technical end-users.
• Continue improving as a Datadog expert through product and sales training.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Quota-experienced with a proven track record of success.
• Curious, creative in mapping and breaking into accounts, and able to learn from feedback.
• Comfortable in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.
