Senior Value Engineer - Brazil Market

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Senior Value Engineer to support customers in Brazil, helping them with AI and data-driven business transformation. Working alongside Lead and Principal Value Engineers, you will combine technical execution with consulting and project management, using the Celonis Context Model to deliver end-to-end value. The role supports the growth of LATAM customers and requires relocation to Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Own the outcome from first discovery through realized ROI, uncovering real issues behind organizational complexity
• Craft executive narratives and lead business value workshops
• Build executive sponsorship across business units and co-own change management with customer leaders
• Steer global transformations, run AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management, and automate executive governance such as QBRs and SteerCos
• Use AI tools for rapid technical outputs and partner with Applied Value Engineers on deep-dive solution builds
• Build a strategic expansion roadmap and give feedback to R&D on customer use cases

Required profile

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams, process areas and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting or Pre-Sales
• Proven expertise in process improvement and value realization
• Experience orchestrating multi-region or business-unit transformation programs and mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship
• Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains
• Flawless English with commanding executive presence
• Knowledge of the Brazil market is required
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a comparable technical degree, or a Business/Economics degree with a technical minor

Required skills

• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce and Oracle
• Comfortable operating as an AI-fluent operator, using AI copilots for outputs and automations
