About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to support our marketing and advertising client in Brazil. The role ensures accurate processing of vendor invoices and timely payments across multiple entities, contributing to smooth financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments, adhering to company policies.
- Request vendor statements, perform account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to address billing issues promptly.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including preparation and distribution of billing reports.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
