Advanced Technical Account Manager

About the role

Check Point is seeking an Advanced Technical Account Manager (ATAM) to serve as the trusted technical advisor for its largest customers. You will work closely with sales and account teams to align technical solutions with business priorities and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their primary point of contact for technical services.
• Own the technical delivery for assigned accounts, leading projects such as new device deployments, upgrades, health checks, and optimizations.
• Develop deep knowledge of each customer’s environment, pain points, and business challenges.
• Provide proactive monitoring, issue prevention, and support coordination.
• Identify service opportunities and communicate regularly with sales, account teams, and management.
• Manage multiple customer projects while meeting Check Point’s ATAM requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience with IP‑based networks, network design, and security products.
• Strong ability to prioritize work, deliver results, and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Prior experience with Check Point solutions is required.
