About the role

Join the culinary team of a Club Med resort and contribute to the preparation and service of thousands of meals daily. You will work in a multicultural environment, serving both international recipes and local specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes according to the resort’s standards.
• Provide plate service for buffet, à la carte, and special events.
• Ensure plates are correctly presented and that buffets remain fully stocked.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs to deliver high‑quality, fresh meals.

Required profile

• Motivated candidate ready to live on‑site at a Club Med resort.
• Trained and experienced in kitchen operations.
• Ability to converse in French.
• Passionate about cuisine and eager to explore international dishes.

Required skills

• Food preparation (hot and cold dishes).
• Plate service and buffet management.
• French language proficiency.
