About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Quality Management Analyst to work on‑site in Ceará. The professional will support the Quality Management System for scientific research, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support activities related to the Quality Management System and map, analyze, and improve laboratory and research processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and monitor implementation of changes.
• Develop, monitor, and report performance indicators and results.
• Prepare technical and managerial reports on Quality, Biosafety, and related areas.
• Support Quality by Design (QbD) projects applied to research.
• Implement and maintain ISO 17025 accreditation requirements.
• Organize information for research linked to the Quality Management System.
• Manage quality records, method validation protocols, and stability studies.
• Monitor equipment qualification and calibration, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Guide staff on uncertainty evaluation and calibration result interpretation.
• Promote data integrity, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Solid experience in Quality Management applied to scientific research.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methods, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, GLP, data integrity, and relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to monitor indicators and manage performance.
