Assistente Financeiro – Suporte à Migração SAP S/4HANA

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Assistant to ensure the continuity of our operational finance routines and to support the team during the migration to SAP S/4HANA, especially throughout testing, go‑live and post‑implementation stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and financial postings in SAP.
• Post bank statements, reconcile payment batches and record advances.
• Handle rejected payments and coordinate with Purchasing to regularize supplier data.
• Provide continuous analysis and follow‑up for various operational finance activities.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA testing phase and implementation, absorbing operational demands and contributing to post‑go‑live stability.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience with operational finance routines such as AR, reconciliations and payments.
• Generalist mindset, organized, proactive and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to a fixed‑term (temporary) contract.
• Open to diverse candidates, including people with disabilities (PCD).

Required skills

• SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Accounts Receivable processing.
• Payment batch reconciliation.
• Financial posting in SAP.
