Associate Consultant Intern – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

As an Associate Consultant Intern in Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team, you will join a collaborative, tech‑enabled environment in São Paulo. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help leading brands solve strategic challenges through data‑driven insights and technology‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support small‑team consulting projects across industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and client audiences.
• Structure problem‑solving approaches and explore solution options.
• Collaborate with business development, account management and product teams to gain end‑to‑end consulting exposure.
• Participate in volunteer activities and team‑building events.
• Network with senior leaders through speaker series and mentorship sessions.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program with strong interest in strategy, transformation or consulting.
• Passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive business impact.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
