Associate Director, Digital Media

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director, Digital Media to lead performance‑driven media strategy for high‑growth restaurant and multi‑location retail clients in Brazil. The role combines hands‑on campaign oversight with team leadership in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Connected TV, and programmatic DSP platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2‑3 digital media buyers, providing guidance and performance support.
• Oversee campaign tracking, budget pacing, and large‑scale optimization for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with brand managers, analytics, creative, and media planning teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Continuously test and refine media strategies based on platform evolution and performance trends.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing large budgets (typically $500K+ monthly) across multiple brands.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client‑facing environments.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
