B2B Marketing Lead – LATAM (São Paulo)

About the role

OpenAI is looking for a hands‑on B2B Marketing Lead to shape and execute its B2B strategy across Latin America, starting with Brazil. Reporting to the LATAM Marketing Lead, you will bridge global product narratives with local market needs, helping professionals and organisations adopt AI responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the LATAM B2B marketing plan, identifying priority audiences, adoption barriers and aligning programs with International Expansion and GTM goals.
• Translate product capabilities into locally relevant use cases, campaigns and professional education while setting realistic expectations.
• Build a network of partners, agencies and vendors, establishing scopes, budgets and quality standards.
• Lead integrated B2B programs with Field Marketing, including events, executive engagement, content, demand generation and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales/GTM to prioritize audiences, track pipeline contribution and connect commercial objectives with education initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in B2B technology or platform environments.
• Proven track record delivering B2B programs in Brazil and adapting strategies across LATAM markets.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying dynamics, customer trust and barriers to AI adoption.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish with strong cross‑regional communication skills.
