Bilingual Marketing Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to train AI chatbots in both English and Portuguese. Working remotely from Brazil, you will create and evaluate conversational content to improve the performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in English and Portuguese to assess their progress.
• Write novel dialogue scripts that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to chatbots and review their outputs for quality and correctness.
• Provide feedback on AI model performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently as a contractor from home.
