Bilingual Sales Representative (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will interact with customers in French and English, guiding them through the purchasing journey and ensuring a positive experience across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide active, responsive customer support while meeting response‑time targets.
• Engage with customers via CRM and other digital tools in both French and English.
• Present product information, answer inquiries, and maintain persuasive, friendly conversations.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance and conversion goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma (higher education in progress is a plus).
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written communication and fast typing abilities.
• Familiarity with customer‑service platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e‑commerce is advantageous.

What we offer

• Fully remote work (home office).
• 3‑day work schedule followed by 1 day off (3x1).
• Compensation: $2.50 USD per hour plus a 4 % commission on sales.
