Bilingual Social Media Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager to help train AI chatbots in both English and Portuguese. You will work remotely from Brazil, choosing the projects and schedule that fit you best while contributing to the development of conversational AI.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chatbots in English and Portuguese to assess their performance.
• Create original bilingual dialogues that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for accuracy, relevance, and linguistic quality.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve model correctness and overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong grasp of linguistics.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
