Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market initiatives and demand‑generation activities across Brazil. This remote position will work closely with sales, alliances and cross‑functional teams to create marketing programs that generate pipeline and strengthen customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create quarterly and annual go‑to‑market plans focused on acquisition, retention, cross‑sell and lead conversion.
• Adapt global marketing materials and messaging to local market requirements.
• Manage demand‑generation campaigns across multiple channels, including virtual events, email nurturing and lead‑generation programs.
• Analyze performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, channel partners, agencies and vendors to ensure successful program execution.
• Oversee marketing budgets, resources and external partners while driving operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative approaches to increase impact.

Required profile

• Strong B2B marketing expertise in a high‑tech environment.
• Proven experience developing demand‑generation and regional marketing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience managing third‑party providers, agencies, conferences and marketing vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to support sales teams and partners.
