Brand & Communications Manager – Brastemp Brazil

About the role

The Brand & Communications Manager will serve as the chief brand strategist for the Brastemp portfolio in Brazil. Reporting to the Product Marketing team, you will shape and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term brand plans that build equity, inspire consumers and drive demand in a digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead brand strategy, architecture, target consumer segments, brand essence and long‑term roadmaps.
• Conceptualize, develop and launch fully integrated brand campaigns that translate business objectives into compelling communications and media executions.
• Collaborate with Media and PR teams to design integrated media plans that ensure a 360° digital connection with consumers.
• Deliver full‑funnel, brand‑right activations that guide consumers through the Decision Journey and marketing funnel.
• Support product go‑to‑market initiatives with concepts, messaging, taglines and visual assets for launches.
• Build proactive relationships with cross‑functional teams to align brand priorities, drive tactical planning and ensure consistent storytelling across channels.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and communications, preferably within consumer goods or appliances.
• Proven track record of leading integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that achieve measurable brand growth.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across product, media, PR and other functional areas.
• Excellent analytical mindset to monitor brand health metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
