Brand Manager for FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 (Brazil)

About the role

The Brand Manager will join FWWC27 LTDA, FIFA’s Brazilian subsidiary, to support the delivery of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 in Brazil. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the FIFA Brand team in Zurich, you will help localise and implement the tournament’s brand strategy across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and localisation of tournament brand initiatives in line with FIFA’s brand guidelines.
• Act as the primary contact for day‑to‑day brand matters, coordinating with internal teams, project groups and local partners.
• Assist in delivering the brand implementation plan, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate brand‑related projects from briefing through execution, maintaining compliance with processes.
• Develop and adapt locally relevant promotional materials following FIFA brand guidance.
• Oversee event dressing and visual identity across venues and official sites.
• Manage the adaptation and deployment of brand assets, including marks, mascots, trophies, printed and digital materials.
• Partner with internal creative studios and external agencies to localise assets while ensuring consistency.
• Maintain and distribute brand guidelines, toolkits and asset libraries to stakeholders.
• Monitor brand standards implementation and provide guidance to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• University degree, Master’s or equivalent in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience in a global brand marketing function, preferably within sports events or entertainment.
• Proven track record leading brand development and strategic planning processes.
