Brand Manager (Remote, Brazil)

About the role

This remote position is for a Brand Manager who will act as a strategic partner for clients in the restaurant and hospitality sector. You will shape marketing initiatives, oversee branding, digital content, media, websites, and customer experiences while collaborating with creative, strategy, and media teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to clients and help execute marketing programs.
• Manage client projects from request to delivery, defining requirements and coordinating resources.
• Create clear briefs for internal and external creative, strategy, and media teams.
• Prioritize projects, tasks, and deliverables in team planning sessions.
• Lead internal discussions on client expectations, project progress, and strategic direction.
• Maintain project timelines, workflows, and updates using project‑management tools.
• Facilitate client meetings, deliver status updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Present marketing strategies, content recommendations, and performance insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in an agency environment, preferably within restaurant, hospitality, or consumer‑focused industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
