About the role
LittleBig is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead its expansion in Brazil. You will shape the market entry strategy, build a portfolio of strategic clients, and head a team of Junior Business Developers to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Brazil, adapting LittleBig’s value proposition to local needs.
- Open and grow strategic accounts in target industries, managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting to complex negotiations.
- Represent LittleBig with C‑level and procurement stakeholders, securing major enterprise contracts.
- Hire, coach, and manage a local team of Junior Business Developers, setting performance targets and fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Build a local network of freelancers and consulting firms, overseeing expert‑client matching and mission delivery quality.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, margin, pipeline, and team performance, delivering regular reports to global leadership.
Required profile
- Master’s degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university.
- 3–7 years of B2B business development, consulting, or strategic sales experience, preferably in international or digital environments.
- Proven track record in market development and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high‑performing teams.
- Strategic thinker, data‑driven, and results‑oriented.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; French is a plus.
