Commerce Account Manager – Creator & Home & Living

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Commerce Account Manager to lead creator development for TikTok Shop’s Home & Living category in Brazil. You will shape both short‑term and long‑term strategies to grow creator scale, drive sales, and enhance the overall e‑commerce experience on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute short‑term and long‑term creator development strategies for the Home & Living vertical.
• Grow e‑commerce creator scale and sales within the Home & Living category.
• Build and improve internal processes that support merchant and creator growth.
• Produce performance reports and insights by analyzing audience conversion metrics of creator e‑commerce content.
• Create and amplify successful case studies to raise business awareness among creators and merchants.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive creator‑merchant partnerships and support revenue generation.
• Participate in merchant meetings to improve awareness of the creator network and encourage adoption of creator‑driven sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in creator, affiliate, or digital marketing development within internet or e‑commerce companies.
• Proven ability to design growth strategies and roadmaps with strong data‑driven decision making.
• Quick learner, strategic thinker, and self‑driven contributor.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management skills.
