Community Management Associate

About the role

This remote position is focused on building and nurturing global online communities for a knowledge‑driven brand. You will work across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms, shaping how the brand engages Gen Z audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a community‑management playbook that guides engagement across multiple social channels.
• Define and refine the brand’s tone‑of‑voice, adapting it to platform‑specific cultures.
• Monitor real‑time conversations, cultural trends and viral moments to create timely community interactions.
• Respond to comments, messages and discussions in a consistent, brand‑aligned voice.
• Collaborate with communications and social teams to amplify community stories and impact‑driven content.
• Track engagement metrics, sentiment and content performance to inform strategy and experimentation.
• Test and recommend tools, features and processes that improve social listening, responsiveness and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management or social media engagement.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with solid editorial judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote, cross‑functional environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of regional messaging nuances.
