About the role

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to join our multi‑brand travel agency in Jundiai. The professional will be responsible for selling leisure travel packages, both national and international, and providing personalized itinerary planning for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sell leisure travel packages, including flights, hotels, and cruises.
• Design customized itineraries based on client preferences.
• Perform airline reservations using SABRE, Reserva Fácil, or similar systems.
• Book accommodations and cruise trips through hotel and cruise portals.
• Collaborate with tour operators such as ORINTER and AZUL VIAGENS.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or tour‑operator environment.
• Strong knowledge of national and international leisure travel markets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused setting.

Required skills

• SABRE reservation system.
• Reserva Fácil reservation platform.
