Content Editor – AI‑Driven Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Content Editor to join a remote‑first team focused on AI‑driven marketing innovation. You will shape a modern content ecosystem that improves visibility across search engines and AI‑powered platforms while ensuring editorial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own content quality, AI‑powered operations, and visibility strategies.
• Develop and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) strategies.
• Monitor brand presence, citation performance, and AI platform visibility, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Build and maintain AI‑assisted content workflows using Claude or similar platforms for drafting, editing, tagging, and updating content.
• Establish quality standards, review processes, and checkpoints for AI‑generated content.
• Manage content refresh processes to keep libraries relevant and high‑performing.
• Recruit, coordinate, and manage freelance writers, agencies, video contributors, and AI agents.
• Create detailed briefs, outlines, and editorial guidance for contributors.
• Proofread, edit, and quality‑check all content before publication.
• Coach writers, support digital community growth, and collaborate with marketing stakeholders on strategy and priorities.

Required profile

• Strong editorial experience combined with hands‑on knowledge of AI content workflows, SEO, and digital marketing operations.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Proven experience using Claude or similar AI tools to create and optimize content workflows.
• Practical understanding of AEO, GEO, and AIO concepts.
