Content Growth Specialist, LATAM

About the role

Pinterest is seeking a Content Growth Specialist to lead creator community initiatives across Brazil and Hispanic LATAM. You will drive feature adoption, high‑quality content production, and strengthen relationships with small and medium content suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically support LATAM creator community initiatives to boost feature adoption and content quality.
• Develop engagement and retention programs in partnership with regional strategic partner managers.
• Lead end‑to‑end creator incentive programs, including gamified content creation aligned with global strategy.
• Plan and execute virtual and in‑person creator events to inspire and retain creators.
• Support the creation of educational materials on Pinterest best practices and features.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance communications with creators.
• Analyze key success metrics and translate insights into actionable growth recommendations.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in creator/influencer management, social‑media strategy, or digital advertising.
• Excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to represent Pinterest to external audiences.
• Deep knowledge of the content‑supplier landscape in LATAM.
• Foundational analytical abilities, including working with large datasets.
• Proven ability to design growth strategies, segment communities, and tailor programs to specific needs.
