Content Marketing Manager (SEO & Organic Growth)

About the role

This fully remote position is focused on building and scaling the organic growth engine for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer lifestyle brand. You will shape how customers discover the brand across search engines, social platforms, communities, and emerging AI‑driven discovery channels, turning data‑driven insights into compelling content.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute annual, quarterly and monthly content strategies aligned with product launches and business objectives.
• Develop content concepts, messaging frameworks, storytelling angles, creative briefs, scripts and campaign hooks.
• Define and optimise organic growth tactics across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and AI‑search platforms.
• Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimisation, internal linking, technical recommendations and performance analysis.
• Research market trends, audience behaviour and viral content opportunities to identify new growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with creators and designers, providing strategic direction, shot lists and AI‑generated asset briefs.
• Drive community and brand presence through structured content, high‑authority publications, Reddit engagement and brand mentions.
• Measure and report on content and organic performance, refining strategies based on insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO or organic growth for consumer‑focused brands.
• Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
• Creative thinker who can identify trends, understand audience behaviour and craft impactful stories.
