About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join a three‑month project focused on accelerating the hiring of key corporate and strategic positions. The role is 100% on‑site in the Berrini region of São Paulo and operates under an independent contractor (PJ) arrangement.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for corporate and strategic roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and evaluate candidates.
Conduct active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Maintain a fast‑moving candidate pipeline and provide regular progress updates to leadership.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or strategic hiring.
Advanced to fluent English for daily communication and candidate interviews.
Immediate availability to start and work full‑time on‑site.
Active CNPJ and ability to issue invoices (Nota Fiscal).
