CRM Managing Consultant – Marketing

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking a CRM Managing Consultant to lead marketing strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of global clients. You will combine data‑driven insights with consulting expertise to design and optimise customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across various industries, shaping marketing strategies and programmes for regional and global accounts.
• Design, implement and optimise CRM and customer‑lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, in‑app, digital).
• Develop customer journeys using dynamic content, personalization rules, audience segmentation and customer data.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assess client agendas, culture and change readiness.
• Guide and mentor team members, deliver impactful presentations and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing consulting projects for large or global clients.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Leadership capability to develop junior team members.
