Customer Service Representative

About the role

This role nurtures key customer relationships, resolves complex issues and uses data-driven insights to improve the customer experience. It covers partner relationships, performance reporting to management, personalized retention initiatives, mentorship, ethical and legal compliance and awareness of emerging technologies. The position is full-time in Barueri, Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management and customer support processes to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business continuity.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Sales teams to analyze demand forecasts, optimize inventory levels and keep products available.
• Provide daily support to business users on SAP HANA, troubleshooting issues and guiding system use.
• Manage relationships with strategic Key Account customers, resolving complex issues and supporting long-term growth.
• Communicate performance updates to management and develop initiatives for customer retention and growth.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, customer experience management, account management or a related field, or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
