Deployment Strategist

About the role

Avra is an AI lab building its own relational foundation models, used by leading Latin American enterprises in credit, growth and fraud decisions. As a Deployment Strategist you will drive adoption of the Avra platform and model in some of Brazil's largest companies, embedded with a handful of key customers. You will report directly to Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Go on-site with a small group of clients and own implementation, account management, customer service and customer training
• Dive into customers' workflows and data to identify key problems and opportunities, then prioritize them for maximum value
• Work closely with a Deployment Engineer to turn your insights into the technical solution the customer needs
• Feed field insights back to product and engineering teams to drive quick iteration
• Communicate with stakeholders from data specialists to C-level executives, translating detail into business impact
• Support the sales team with context and opportunities for upselling and expansion

Required profile

• 4-5 years of work experience
• Background in hyper-growth tech start-ups in agile, cross-functional teams; consulting or product management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent long-term commitment shown through project or work experience
• Curious, critical thinker who thrives in unstructured environments and asks contrarian questions
• Strong communicator able to influence across all organizational levels
