Customer Support Specialist

About the role

ARQ is a fast-growing fintech that builds the infrastructure for moving value across borders. It is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Sao Paulo on a full-time basis. The role is about handling customer complaints quickly and efficiently, following up until issues are resolved, and proposing product improvements that reduce customer workload.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints swiftly and efficiently, offering tailored solutions within tight timeframes
• Follow up on each case so that resolutions stick
• Solve the problems customers face by collaborating with the wider ARQ team
• Propose product improvements that reduce the workload of customers

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Portuguese, spoken and written
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support
• Eagerness to work hard and go the extra mile for customers
• Ability to work well as part of a team, driven and persistent

• Problem solving: breaking a problem into parts to find the root cause and optimal solution
• Empathy: interpreting users' concerns and helping them get the best experience
• Resourcefulness, attention to detail and due diligence
